I’m disillusioned. There, I said it. Add me to the growing list of disenchanted twenty-something Christians all over the place. I am so tired of the lack of transparency and the amount of hypocrisy I encounter every day, and I am so tired of those very same things that I see in myself.

My walk, my lifestyle should be in tandem with the words coming forth from me because I want to represent a complete picture of oneness, wholeness with my faith in Jesus Christ. I desire to be reflective of this wonderful, amazingly awesome Savior who purposed me to worship Him with my life.
This is my walk. Sometimes it’s not always easy, but because of the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, I must continue to persevere and push through obstacles that may hinder my journey. And with Him, I can do it (Phil 4:13). I can make it. We can make it. Together.
So come, let’s go. Let’s live in liberty from sin. Let’s walk in the beauty and newness of life. Let’s journey and labor for the Lord, reflecting Him in all our ways to compel others to come. Destination: heaven. I’d love to see you there.
